About the role

  • Scheduling of onsite installations with a team of employees and subcontractors
  • Requesting Purchase Orders for the installation suppliers and subcontractors
  • Following up and communicating with internal and external customers throughout the installation process
  • Co ordinate permits and safe work method statements/ other safety requirements for installation of projects
  • Co ordinate timely completion photos and paperwork following installation
  • Organizing of access, crane and site deliveries connected with Installations.

To be successful you must possess the following

  • Good understanding of Signage or related field (highly regarded)
  • Construction background would be an added advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skill
  • Proficiency with MS Office and cost and management software
  • Solid communication skills and ability to support team
  • Have a friendly team approach
  • Ability to work within tight time frames and a passion for successfully delivering projects
