What You’ll Do:

 – Operate top-tier Epson and FujiFilm UV and Eco-Solvent large format digital printers to create stunning signage, Printed Blinds, wall art, and more.
 – Prepare print-ready files with Caldera RIP software like a pro.
 – Keep our high-tech printing equipment humming—troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance to ensure top-notch quality every time.
 – Master vinyl plotters, cutting tables, and laminating equipment to bring designs to life.
 – Master Roller blind making and testing.
 – Take charge of your workload, working independently while collaborating with our tight-knit production crew.
 – Handle deliveries with ease—whether by hand or forklift—keeping our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

 – Hands-on experience with wide/large format inkjet roll-to-roll or flatbed digital printing—you know your way around a printer!
 – Familiarity with Caldera RIP software (or similar RIP tools)—bonus points for quick learners!
 – A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
 – Strong communication skills to connect with suppliers and teammates.
 – The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
 – A forklift license is a plus (or a willingness to get one—we’ll support you!).
