Membership
The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June (pro-rata rates apply from October). The member categories are: full; associates; supplier; educational; student; international.
The pricing per category is stated in the application form. Categories and pricing may be subject to change.
No refunds will be given where a member cancels its membership during the course of the membership year or where membership does not meet the purchaser’s expectation unless the purchaser has outlined their specific grievance(s) in writing and a refund has been agreed to.
In the event a business is sold membership is not transferable.
Access to Membership Benefits
Upon receipt of payment an email confirmation will be sent to the purchaser. Access to membership benefits such as website access will be made available within 72 hours of payment.

Events
Program Amendments
ASGA endeavours to keep presentations as represented, however it reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of ticket registration. An email will be issued upon receipt of payment.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Refunds will apply as follows for any reason, including if someone changes their mind about attending the event:
30 days plus notice – full refund
29 – 11 days notice – 75% refund
10 – 6 days notice – 50% refund
5 – 0 days notice – 0% refund
Where an event is cancelled due to COVID-19 or other disease outbreak or incident that may result in the issuing of government event restrictions a full registration refund will be given. All other expenses incurred, including accommodation, transport or other incidental costs incurred, will be at the expense of the registrant.
A full ticket refund will also apply where the event is cancelled by ASGA due to any other extraordinary circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued where the event does not meet the purchaser’s expectation unless the purchaser has outlined their specific grievance(s) in writing and a refund or event exchange has been agreed to.
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time. If a higher ticket rate applies for the substitution, the difference must be paid immediately and prior to the event.
Use of Photos and Videos Taken During Live Events
Photos and videos of attendees of ASGA events may be used in ASGA marketing materials and for reporting purposes to third parties. If you do not want your image or video footage used for these purposes, please advise us via writing.
