Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and hands-on Digital Print Finisher to join our production team at Big Image Australia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the final stages of the production process, ensuring that all wide-format printed materials are cut, assembled, and packed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Working within an experienced and collaborative team, you will transform printed media into finished products—such as banners, textiles, and signage—ready for dispatch to our clients. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain high performance under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This is a physically active role that involves some heavy lifting, and a pre-employment medical may be required.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Measure and trim printed PVC and textile signage products to exact specifications
• Further opportunity to learn and use PVC welding and sewing machines to finish printed products including banners and textiles
• Use automatic and manual eyelet machines to apply reinforcements to required layouts
• Conduct rigorous quality control checking of finished products to ensure defect-free output before dispatch
• Pack finished products securely and apply correct labels and documentation for delivery

Skills & Experience

• Good computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, with strong time management skills
• Experience in industrial sewing, PVC heat welding, or wide-format finishing is an advantage
