Sign Maker & Installer

About the role SIGNWAVE Arncliffe is a highly respected name in the Sydney signage industry, backed by over 25 years of client satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Maker / Installer to join our friendly, dedicated team. In this role, you will take pride in fabricating and installing a diverse range of premium signage and graphic products.

What you’ll be doing:

General signage manufacture, vinyl application, mounting, and laminating of digital prints.
Precision application of vehicle graphics and wraps.
Conducting professional onsite installations across Sydney, including working safely at heights and on ladders.
Collaborating closely with the sales and design teams to ensure production meets our rigorous quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

2 to 3 years of proven experience in a sign-making, production, or installation role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during complex installations.
Strong, professional communication skills for interacting with our team and clients onsite.
Physical fitness for lifting materials and comfort working at heights/on ladders.
MUST have a valid manual driver’s license.
MUST hold a current White Card.
