ASGA Releases 2026/27 Employment Guide
ASGA has just released its 2026/27 Employment Guide to provide a comprehensive employment resource for businesses across the sign and graphics sector.
Produced in conjunction with Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors, this comprehensive 70-page guide covers all the latest wage and pay rate information, leave entitlements, casual employees, terminations and redundancies, bullying and other essential workplace information including the new Right to Disconnect legislation.
As well as introductions for employers on determining the appropriate Award, and determining each employees correct classification level under that Awards, the guide includes sections on wage summaries; long service, annual, personal, compassionate and parental leave; casual employees; bullying, redundancy and termination of employment; the Small Business Fair Dismissal Code; and vehicle use.
It also features an Employment Agreement, template Workplace Drug & Alcohol Policy and template Social Media Policy.
The 2026/27 Employment Guide is complemented by ASGA’s suite of legal and employment resources, which includes more than 350 policies, procedures, documents and templates to help businesses save time and remain compliant with today’s increasingly complex technical, regulatory and employment environment.
These extensive legal and employment resources are in addition to the more than 400 WH&S policies, procedures, checklists and templates delivered in conjunction with ASSA, which are also available to ASGA members via the Association’s website.
