COVIDSafe Reopening For Victorian Construction

The Victorian Government announced today that restrictions on the Victorian construction industry will ease from 11.59pm on Monday, 4th of October. The announcement included a Construction Industry Roadmap which outlines what restrictions apply based on current, 70% and 80% vaccination milestones.

Revised restrictions that are effective from Monday 11.59pm include:

  • Up to five workers and a supervisor will be able to work onsite for small scale construction projects
  • Large scale sites can have up to 25 per cent of workers onsite.
  • The caps on the number of sites that we can visit per week has been removed
