Entries Open for Currie Group 2024 National Sign & Graphics Awards

Sign, display and graphics businesses across the country are being urged to enter their very best work in the 2024 National Sign & Graphics Awards, with entries now open via the competition’s online portal.

The National Sign & Graphics Awards, founded by the Australian Sign & Graphics Association (ASGA) in 2025, is held every second year to recognise and reward sign companies for the achievement of excellence across modern, digital and traditional signage, and to showcase the wonderful array of talent within the Australian industry.

This year, leading supplier Currie Group has taken out naming rights with the Diamond Sponsorship of the event. They are joined by Gold Sponsors Avery DennisonGraphic Art Mart, Orafol, Spandex and Visual Connections, Silver Sponsor SMIB and Bronze Sponsors Ball & Doggett and Pozitive.

Entries for the 2024 Awards open on Thursday 1 February 2024 and close at 5pm on Friday 7 June 2024. To be eligible, projects submitted must be completed between Tuesday 8 March 2022 and Friday 31 May 2024.

Mick Harrold, President of ASGA, today encouraged all businesses to take up the opportunity to enter, saying there were a host of positive benefits.

“Awards provide a great opportunity for businesses to showcase the accomplishments of their teams and also promote their capabilities in a competitive market,” he says.

“Entering is a real vote of confidence in your people, boosting morale, and it also demonstrates the quality of your work to your clients. The recognition you receive will be an invaluable marketing tool for your business, providing tangible recognition of your abilities and building confidence and credibility with current and potential customers.”

The Awards will be judged later in the year, and the winners recognised at a gala Presentation Dinner at Doltone House, Hyde Park, Sydney on Friday, 6 September, 2024.

“Over the years, the biennial Awards Presentation has become the premier event on the sign and graphics industry calendar, where we come together to recognise our achievements, and celebrate our exciting and dynamic sector,” Mick says.

“If you’re proud of the work you’ve done over the past couple of years, take a bit of time and submit an entry. If you’re a supplier, think about supporting your industry by sponsoring the Awards. And for everyone involved in the sector, put the date of the Gala Dinner in your diary now and make sure you attend, bring your team, and host your customers; it’s going to be a great celebration.

“It is said often, but is worth repeating, that of course events like these would not be possible without the generous support of industry leaders. We sincerely thank Currie Group and our other sponsors this year for their support of our industry,” Mick adds.
