Registrations Open for ASGA Golf in WA & QLD
Registrations are now open for 2026 ASGA Sign & Print Golf Days in Queensland and Western Australia, with the Queensland event scheduled for 17 September at the Nudgee Golf Club and WA’s event for 24 September at Wembly Park.
These popular events consistently draw strong numbers, and this year’s iterations is expected to be equally popular, with their focus on friendly competition and networking.
The format in Queensland will be similar to previous events, with teams gathering at 7:00AM for a light breakfast and registration, before a shotgun start at 8:00AM. A full 18 holes of golf will be played on this impressive course, with team members taking turns to hit the ball – each from the place where the last ball landed. This will be followed by a BBQ buffet lunch and prize presentations.
In WA, the event will be held in the afternoon, with golfers enjoying 9 holes on the impressive Wembly Park course, before gathering for an informal, stand-up buffet dinner and networking, while the day’s prizes are presented.
Damian Nielsen, Member & Events Manager for ASGA, says the ‘Ambrose’ format of both events prioritises team enjoyment, no matter what the individual players’ skill levels, making it a great event for golfing pros and novices.
“We are excited to once again be offering these popular events in Brisbane and Perth, and our team are busy planning the usual highlights including competitions for nearest the pin, longest drive and of course the always hotly-contested Survival Ball.
“These golf days are a great chance to get out of the office, catch up with friends and colleagues and expand your industry network. They also provide an ideal opportunity to entertain clients or reward your own team for all their hard work.”
These events typically sell out fast, so Damian recommends those who are keen to attend register themselves, or their teams, without delay.
Principal Sponsor for both the ASGA Queensland and WA Sign & Print Golf days is Graphic Art Mart.
In WA, they are joined by ORAFOL, Complete Projects WA, SMIB, Signarama and Spicers in supporting the event, and in Queensland by local sponsors ORAFOL, Arlon, Arc Metal Fabrication, ASMI, SMIB, Ball & Doggett, SAled, Signarama and Spicers.
“There are still some great sponsorships available for companies who are prepared to get behind this event while enjoying an effective and affordable way to promote their business to industry professionals,” Damian says.
